"Good food. Lots of broth choices, meat selection was good as well. It had lots and lots of veggies and mushrooms to choose as well. Loved the lamb, brisket and ribeye. Had lots of seafood as well."
"We just had Hot Pot Spot last night this is one of the best place in Thornton, Colorado right now. It’s trending and comforting. This is the most wonderful food to have on cold winter night. I love the fact that we could do it ourselves and everyone can enjoy the experience their own way. My family and I have been doing hot pot at home for years and we are so happy that one opened up near me. Some reviewers on here must be living in the Stone Age or not cultured at all. The broths are delicious and not water. If you don’t know what hot pot is just say that."
"The ingredients selection was wonderful. We arrived right before it got busy and it was fairly quiet. By the time we left it was pretty loud. The hot pot experience was really nice. The broth was tasty. Overall it was a nice experience. Was a little pricey."
"I was there a few days after their grand opening (in April of 2023). Sadly, this review is a bit late. But the experience we had here is still fresh in my mind. All food items were great and absolutely fresh. It offered a good seafood selection amongst other tasty items (we were there at lunch time). Service was also good. The hotpot experience was also awesome! The restaurant was nice, state of the art and quite elegant. Northern Colorado very much needs restaurants such as this that offer diners different cultural dining experiences. My only (albeit slight) qualm is the cost/price of dining here. My wife and I were here during lunch time. But our tab (with tip) was over $70.00. SO this place isn't cheap. I suppose this is one of those restaurants where you go on occasion to experience something unique, out of the ordinary, and to treat you and your significant other. For that kind of experiences, I do recommend this place and what it offers!"
