"Do yourself a favor and head over to the Postal Annex location on Voyager in Northgate. The women at the monument location were extremely rude. I’ve never had such a bad experience and I’m a frequent shipper. The voyager location is really amazing and has a friendly and knowledgeable staff! But I really cannot recommend this place until they hire staff who are actually trained in customer service."
