"Facility is nice and well-kept. Staff are friendly. They were awesome during the sales and rental processes, but I had to call several times and leave a couple of messages to get a call back to cancel when it was time to move out. Then we got billed and our card charged another month after cancellation. I called to ask for the refund, but it takes 2-3 weeks and they mail a check. I really wish that they could just refund my card sooner than that. I have a feeling I'll need to call back when I don't have a check in three weeks just because that's how these things usually go..."

"Overall, my experience with this facility was very good. The staff and facilities were good. Caution: Be sure you have someone check your unit for cleanliness before completing your move out. I thought we had cleaned things sufficiently but was charged a $20 fee (no one inspected during checkout). I had brought in a portable vacuum and used both the brush and wand on the unit and didn't notice any dirt or debris. When I called to discuss the charge, the manager severely exaggerated the "mess" and acted like $20 was a favor. Would hate to be the person who left an actual mess."

"We had such a great experience at this storage area. The people that work there are very helpful and the units and clean and well-kept. The truck usage with a unit rental saved us a lot of money and made the process so easy to have it right there on the property. Chris and the other staff members do a great job walking the place each day and I felt comfortable leaving our belongings there as we transitioned from house to house. The free vacuum usage was a bonus - especially after moving gardening supplies.:-) Thank you!"
