"Every time I want to grab a sandwich, this place never ceases to make me never want to return. Perfect example today: order at 3:21 for delivery, get a call at 3:51 that there no delivery driver until 4:00. So I go there to pick up my order at 4:00 and it’s not ready but I get to wait in line for 10 min and 10 more min for my order. The place needs an adult. I’m done here for at least 6 months."
"I really like the food. Monument, however, is not “freakishly fast”. I’ve ordered delivery 2-3 times from here and each time it takes over 1-2 hours. One time it took over 2 hours!! We ordered tonight and it took over an hour and did not receive the full order."
"Went to get a sandwich on Sunday 10/15 only a few customers inside no line. 2 employees working. Short staffed drive thru was busy. This location is terrible. Will never go back. Waited 20 minutes no sandwich and was told still a 30 minute out. No Freaky Fast!!!!! Told them to cancel my order and didn’t get refund because they were so busy."
