"Phenomenal staff who were working very diligently to serve the dinner rush on a Wednesday evening. This place was busy! Cameron did a great job keeping tables and seating area clean for guests as soon as spots opened up. He was friendly, polite, and checked in with all of the guests to ensure they enjoyed their food! Well done, KFC employees!"
"Came here this afternoon for the first time (215pm).. Staff, as well as management were very friendly and polite. Dining room was clean, manager was wiping down tables and engaging with guest who were eating, which engaged the customers with each other. It was a very pleasant dining experience! Kudos to the staff!"
"I have to say that I was beyond impressed with the staff at our Monument KFC. The gentleman that took our order was extremely polite and the rest of the staff was equally friendly and courteous. The manager, (possibly owner) walked by our table to see how our food was and asked if there was anything he could do for us. WOW! This is first class service unlike any I have ever experienced at a "fast food" restaurant. Kudos to you guys for bringing service with a smile to our community. Way to set the bar high! You can bet we will be supporting your establishment again and again."
"This KFC is one of the best I have ever been to! The best management I have seen in a long while. The facilities were clean as well as the bathrooms (and that is important). All staff was great, kind and hygienic. And can’t forget the food. I always have to have my famous bowl. 5 stars!"
"My husband, son and I decided to check out the new KFC in monument on our way into CO Springs. I don’t usually leave reviews, but had such a great experience that I had to! The food is excellent- hot & fresh! The service was fast and friendly. The manager came over to check in and was so polite- we had a great conversation- best experience thus far. Oh- and not to mention, we were impressed at how clean it was! I highly recommended it if you're in the Monument area."
