"I placed an online order for a roast beef sub from this store on Tuesday and this is what I got. I've been ordering this sandwich for over 10 years so I know that this not what is usually given. There should be at least 3x the amount of meat on this sub. Also, usually the roast beef is rarer so obviously the quality has gone way down as well. This is the third time I've had an issue with this store. I called the store and the manager hung up on me. I'm appalled with this experience and I will think twice about giving them my business again. The upper level management really needs to get this store into shape."

"I'm posting a 5 star review for this team working on 06/08/2022 because during the lunch hour they were faced with some really difficult challenges. The parking lot was half blocked off because there was a company resealing it, and with 7 open businesses, several of them being restaurants, that can't be easy for anyone. People are already walking in annoyed about the parking situation. To top it off, they had a TON of online orders that they were drowning in. I understood one woman was waiting for over half an hour in the store for an order she made online. And then others who didn't even wait as long as her were even more angry/annoyed and rude to the employees. They are honestly doing the best that they can. The lunch hour is always the busiest time at a sandwich shop. The place is kept clean, and the sandwiches are generally made within a decent timeframe. I walked in and waited a little bit to be addressed, but my sandwich, once ordered, was made promptly. The staff was very friendly despite all the other rude customers, and although they were extremely stressed out, you could tell they were trying their best not to let their anxiety bleed into their customer interactions. Sometimes companies have tough days, and I think today was definitely a struggle for this team, but they did an amazing job persevering. So kudos to them. Keep up the great work!"

"Loyal jersey mikes customer here. This location needs some major TLC. I’ve probably had 10 sandwiches from this location, have never been particularly impressed with its cleanliness or quality of subs compared to other j mikes locations. This time the place was very dirty, all ingredients were low, and the kid making my sandwich genuinely made me feel like taking my simple order was a nuisance. The bread was hard, lettuce was soggy. Owner/manger- please work with your employees to do better."

"5 Thumbs Up for the best sub sandwiches in Colorado Springs, and this store and its Staff rock with exceptional customer service and friendliness. They have been trained well and they do it with a smile everyday. I was there today, again, for a Giant and a take home lunch, and once again had a terrific experience. These folks walk on water and eat fire in my book on making the best Sub Sandwiches and exceptional customer service. My favorite location. Jersey Mike For President and my server - Toni, for Governor! Another great experience on Sept. 21, 2020. Friendly and courteous staff, a professional and sanitized store too. Very Covid 19 compliant, plenty of parking, and comfortable dining. Sandwiches are entirely fresh and made as you watch. Special orders do not upset them. Be sure to take full advantage of their email club and their Jersey Mike's Shore Points membership. September 15, 2021 Always A SUB Above the others The staff at this JM's are always friendly, happy, and professional. 5 Thumbs Up to them and management for always making me feel welcome and comfortable. Another Sub Above Club sandwich made "Mike's Way" and another 100% satisfied customer. Anytime we are in the neighborhood we make sure lunch time rolls around just in time for Jersey Mike's. Just make it TO GO and head for the Garden of the God's for a picnic lunch. But today, disappointed, not in the quality, but the costs. November 23, 2021. An 8 inch Sub sandwich, a tiny bag of air and 11 small chips tilted my migraine off the scale and out of my future budget at $13.22 with a small tip."
