"Love this store! The folks who work here are friendly and helpful. If I have a question they are very through and kind in their explanations. Even if there are long lines, which is seldom, the crew gets customers quickly and manages to stay calm and keep a sense of humor all at the same time. I’m lucky to live close by because it’s my go to shipping spot!"
"Called for information on Notary Public services and a person answers with, "Hello", instead of with a professional business greeting. I ask if it's UPS, he states it is. Then I ask if a Notary Public is available and until what time. The employee responds with, " I dunno." Very unprofessional. Please train your employees on basic customer service and business phone etiquette."
"I went in on a Tuesday afternoon to ship about 40 express boxes, each with documents for my job. We did the same thing last year as well and each time, Louie helped us through the process. Everything was done so efficiently. They used two stations to print out all the labels we needed and we were in and out much quicker than anyone could ever expect, with that much stuff to ship. Just can’t say enough about how helpful Louie was and how easy he made the process for us. He also advised us on how we can open a UPS account to make things even more efficient next year. Great experience every time."
"I came in today to get some price quotes for bulk printing/copying projects just so I have an idea of what to expect. The prices are definitely reasonable. But this review isn't about that. What really makes this location so deserving of 5 (million) stars, is how down to earth and hardworking their manager is. After we spoke, I used their photocopier for a bit and just hearing the manager interact with customers was so refreshing. He was just hands down so amazingly helpful and the level of customer service he provides is unmatched. I hope your location receives tons of business. I know it's inevitable because of how and who you are. Thank you, Louie! You are a wonderful human being!"
