"Austin gave me exceptional customer service throughout my car's repair! He communicated on a regular basis and kept me apprised of where my car was in the repair process. He answered any questions I had, told me which parts my car needed and when they would be available. When there were delays in getting parts, he notified me and went to bat for me with the suppliers. Additionally, when my rental insurance coverage was scheduled to end before my estimated repair completion date, Austin managed to expedite it so I didn't have to pay for any rental car charges out of pocket. Finally, after my repairs were completed, he went above and beyond by personally delivering my car to me at my workplace. Thanks so much, Austin!"

"Do not go to this caliber collision. My car has been back and forth to the shop for 2 months or more. My bumper was replaced and it was rubbing against my tires. They said they “test drove it”… but when you pulled my car out of a parking spot you would hear the loud sound of rubbing from my tires against my bumper. It was obvious it wasn’t test drove like said they did or you would’ve heard this. Had to take my car back in to get fixed and trim my bumper so my tires wouldn’t get ruined. Then my bumper was not put on properly because they forgot to order a part that they were aware of. Had to come back in again for them to review these problems. Then I went in again to get it replaced once they had the parts and I had to call them to check in. Found out they had my parts but never contacted me. I showed up again and they told me they would have an enterprise rental car, waited 45 minutes to be told I had to go to the enterprise when they said the rental car would be there. The new manager, Jared, told me I was “unreasonable” because I let him know I have to go to work and I am frustrated I’ve come back to get fixed so many times. Told him it was unprofessional to tell me that and he said “well you were being unreasonable” and laughed as it was funny to him. I have taken time off of work, taken my pto and spent gas money to come into this shop now 5 times because it’s taken so much time and for their mess ups - one for diagnostic, two for my car to be fixed, three for my tires rubbing, fourth for them to review and now the fifth time coming to get my mirror that wasn’t fixed and my bumper that was not put on properly because they forgot a piece. I’ve never had such a poor experience with a car shop, poor customer service and unprofessional comments especially from the new manager. No one should be told that they are unreasonable for issues that should have been fixed and I recommend you not go to this place."
