"Only giving 2 stars because I feel bad and they worked with me at the bare minimum. I had a pretty minor crash that impacted my back right tire. I needed my car back quickly so I shopped around eventually deciding to go with Will because he said he could EASILY get it back in 6 weeks. I dropped my car off and didn’t hear back. 6 weeks passed and I called and they gave a whole bunch of excuses and then proceeded to tell me I will have to reach out to my insurance company because it will cost way more. Reluctantly I did that and my insurance complied. Fast forward 3 weeks still hadn’t heard anything from them and now I start calling and he tells me to basically stop bugging them. All this to say it took them well over 3 months to “fix” my car with little communication or apologies to get my car back beat up (interior lining destroyed because they shoved the door panel in ) then 3 months later a part falling apart leaving me stranded on the side of the road because they forgot to clip a spring in. They did waive my deductible and gave me a $200 credit for a rental car so that was nice but not nearly enough to cover a rental car for 3 months."
