"Don’t ever go here this was the weirdest interaction I had today. It’s a long skinny, narrow drive to get your car into their garage, and all the parking spots were occupied and I thought I was being considerate, didn’t want to block the drive so I saw a guy in the garage and pulled my car in, he runs up and starts yelling that I need to move my car back out of the garage that he could get fired just for me pulling my car in and I tried to apologize and say oh I didn’t realize I was just trying to be considerate because if I back my car out no one will it be able to get through or by and before I could get the sentence out he stops me, interrupts me, and says again listen I’m gonna need you to back your car out right now. I back my car out and was waiting for him to come up where instead, he calls up some random person which could’ve been a manager or security?? I don’t know and starts saying how there’s a guy in a red Jeep trying to pull into the garage acting like I’m about to start stealing everything and instead of helping me he’s on the phone and walks off so I go OK he’s not going to help me so I go inside and ask if they can install a sensor and the dudesays before they install or do anything they’re going to charge me $200 to do a scan when all I needed was for them to install a throttle sensor I had already bought. I said no thanks I’ll go elsewhere and as I was leaving, both dudes started laughing and pointing and looking over so I don’t know what their deal is but stay clear of this place HORRIBLE customer service the way they treat people."

"Definitely don't believe the bad reviews you're seeing - I've been taking my car here for a few years, never had anything but exceptional service. Brian is great, he's always got a good team. Never over-charges me, only makes me fix the things that *need* fixing. Every other mechanic I've seen tries to get you on all kinds of things you don't need - no nonsense from Brian or anyone else here. They've helped with everything from routine maintenance to bigger replacements and it's always fast and transparent. Good people, good work. It's out of my way to come here at this point and I'm happy to make the trip."

"Had no choice but to come here after a blow out. Took them over an hour to mount and balance all 4 tires. Then the bill came out to $170, which is outrageous. They definitely need to update their prices, discount tire or even a random tire shop can do it for less than $100"

"I love the people here. Have always come here for minor issues/maintenance, honest and very transparent staff here and they sinply do things right the first time. The costs are what I can't say are logical or standard. Was quoted $900 for an oil filter housing for my 2014 camaro and $570 in labor to replace. I ended up towing my car to a shop in colo springs who got the part for $300 and charged $200 in labor as it only took them just under 2 hours to replace the part. I think I'll only stick w these guys for the minor aches and pains haha"

My friend recommended this Meineke garage after he had some good experiences. I was able to schedule to get in right away. The service was excellent.
