"I’m am so upset, I went and ordered ahead on the app as always. I’ve gone to one in Des Moines, Ankeny, and love Altoona! Everyone always greats me as soon as I get to the window, my puppers love it! They get excited and the staff always offer puppy cups without me asking and let me give it to them while I happily wait a couple minutes to get my order. Well not only was I never greeted at this location, I can here them chit chat away while I wait around 5 minutes with the window close and no one but me in line. The finally open the window once another customer ordered and said here is your order. No sorry or anything. I asked what took them so long and I was ignored, no answer. I also had to ask for the puppy cups and the girl at the window looked bothered I asked. I had to go park to give my fur babies the puppy cups due to the fact the other customer was already behind me waiting. Horrible! Just gave 1 star because my order was correct but I didn’t even like it for some reason. This was the 22nd Wednesday at around 430 5pm"
