"So… I’ll admit I’m a little out of my element here as a lifelong vegetarian at a seafood restaurant, HOWEVER. This was one of the most fun and unforgettable dinner experiences that I’ve had in quite some time. Our group of 5 gathered at the Waterfront in West Des Moines tonight to catch up and have some great food and drinks, and oh man did we. Our server Jeff was SO fantastic. We can not recommend him enough. He took care of us so diligently and was spot on with every recommendation. Everything we ate was superb. I was the odd one out in the group, having never been here before, but we will for sure be back. Jeff was so fun, energetic, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. We will be asking for him by name each time in the future. Thanks so much again!"
"Food can be good, some dishes are wildly better than others. Service is average, ambiance is slightly below average, the host stand will ignore you for a good five minutes until they decide it’s time to seat you. The shrimp pasta I had was quite good though"
"Looking for a nice. cozy trendy seafood place then this would be a great spot. The menu is full of creative entrees. The crab cakes are divine. The lobster, scallops and calamari are well seasoned."

"This does not look like much from the outside. Don't let the looks fool you. This is the best seafood restaurant in Des Moines Iowa. They fly fresh from the coast. Well seasoned and cooked to perfection, my light cut halibut really hit the spot. You also must have a cup of their home made clam chowder. Full bar, great selection. Go here you will not regret it."
