P.F. Chang's

"After visiting the Apple store at Jordan Creek Mall today, my wife Pam and I were hungry so we stopped in at PF Chang's China Bistro for some eats. We've eaten here a number of times in the past but its been awhile. PF Changs were always consistently good then, but spectacular today. We ordered and shared two appetizers, the chicken lettuce wrap and a plate of Chili Garlic Green Beans, then split a generous plate of Honey Chicken, with a side of Rice. We started with the lettuce wraps, the lettuce had a nice fresh crunch. We thought it couldn't possibly get any better, then the Chili Garlic Green Beans came, The Green Beans were amazing, displaying a wonderful crunchy texture, along with a bit of spice burn (not too much nor too little, just right). The flavor along with the hint of spice of the Green Beans took deliciousness to an entirely new level. If that wasn't overwhelming enough, next to arrive was the plate of Honey Chicken, which consisted of very tender chunks of chicken in a delightfully delicate tempura batter, with a gentle note of honey cutting through with every bite. We were seated and our order taken the minute we entered, wasn't but just a moment and our orders started arriving. Our server Cordell did a fabulous job of taking care of us today, checking on us numerous times. This is truly an amazing restaurant. Today was a great experience, we strongly recommend PF Chang's China Bistro and will be returning soon, very, very soon."

"They have the best customer service. The staff is always super friendly at all their locations. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. It's a nice place to catch up with friends but food wise... it's a bit pricey compared to other Asian restaurants and the taste doesn't do it for me. I thought by adding a little soy sauce it would give my fried rice some flavor but they included light soy sauce which didn't help. Lol"

"A dream date come true! My husband and I decided to enjoy ourselves and indulge in a date night at P.F. Chang's. The revolving door entrance, the beautiful atmosphere within, and the presentation of the dishes; everything was stunning. Our waitress was the sweetest being and took her time to ensure we knew our options, understood any menu item we had questions on, and offered the best overall service I've had in a looong time. I also need to mention, possibly the most important thing, every single dish was DELICIOUS. I was pleased with literally everything we ordered. Apps, entrées, dessert, and a cocktail; all of it was seriously so good! It was also nice to see the manager present on the floor, checking in with patrons, and keeping it all flowing smoothly. I know, I am absolutely raving, and that can make it difficult to believe a review is honest.. but I truly am just so grateful for how awesome of an experience this whole dream date of ours was.. and we have P.F. Chang's amazing execution of design style, menu build, and exquisite staff to thank! It's unfortunately hard to come by quality service, food, and atmosphere these days.. we were so surprised and delighted by our experience here. We can't wait to visit again! Side note: If you have a bland/sensitive palate, this is not the place for you. If you are someone who LOVES strong, balanced flavors and trying new things.. drop in and enjoy what they have to offer!"

"This was our first time and everything we tried was very good. Service was good and quick too. Nice ambiance. We tried Dynamite shrimp, chicken lettuce wraps, crab wonton, Entree: Singapore street noodles and for the dessert : changs apple crunch."

"Food was great, service was prompt and friendly. Our waitress pre-cleared the table and constantly checked in to make sure we were happy. We loved the dynamite shrimp, pan-seared pork dumplings, and spicy chicken. The view of the fountains was so lovely. 10/10 dinner experience"
