"Their food was mid. But something has to be done about their bathroom. ABSOLUTELY disgusting, looks like it’s never been cleaned. They’re mold lookin stuff on every corner. Idk how this place passes inspection. Makes me wonder what the kitchen is like"
"Literally the slowest service I have ever had. Half the time they didn’t even have someone at the bar. Took at least 10 minutes to get a beer. I’ve been trying to close my tab for 20 minutes now. Food took 25 minutes to come out. Never been to a bdubs this bad… EDIT: just found out the bar tender tipped her self… so I tipped her twice… I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BDUBS. This was actually pathetic."
"Our service was terrible it took at least 10-15 minutes before anyone even came to get our drink order. Then we got food and appetizers at the same time, there were 6 of us and we got 3 orders then 2 and then the last one with at least 5 min in between them. Asked for more queso for our nachos that had very little topping anyway and by the time we got it we were done eating. We had an order to go and waited quite a while after we had paid to get that. The food was all not even very hot or good. We were there for almost 2 hours and at least half that time was spent waiting on something. To top it off they were not even that busy! Definitely won’t be going back to this location!"
"Called first before I ordered on line to ask if they could run the food to the car since my fiancee was picking it up and is on a knee scooter due to foot and ankle surgery a couple of months ago. They told us after I called to let them know she was there 10 min later still hadn't come out called back manager said he would remake its an hour later still no food"
"This was by far the best Buffalo Wild Wings I've been too. Excellent food and great service. Thanks to the server Tobias on May 23 2022 7pm-8pm We both enjoyed being there. You were literally the only employee we saw that night actually working. The rest with few exceptions were sitting around playing on their phones. This will be our go to Buffalo Wild Wings from now on. It's much better than the other one in Des Moines we went to twice. We got our food in about 14minutes and it was correct and delicious."
