"I reached out to Sally to alter my wedding dress. The expertise she brought to the table is unmatched. My dress had lots of details and intricate lace that had to be removed to alter the dress. I could not even tell the lace had been removed and put back into place. I had reached out to her in the middle of the alterations process about the fit of my dress around my hips. "Terrible experience. When I first showed up to get a pair of pants altered, I waited patiently for someone to show up at the door. After 15 minutes of waiting, I found her sleeping in the back on a couch. She asked when I would like them done by and I said by the end of next week if possible and she said “no problem”. I called two days before they were supposed to be done to see if my pants were still on track to be picked up in 2 days. She said she’d look and get back to me….I heard nothing. So I showed up the day they were supposed to be ready. The door was locked and due to my first experience with her, I sat outside for 10 minutes knocking to try and wake her up. After finally coming to the door, she mentioned my pants weren’t ready yet and to come back tomorrow so I did. I showed up the next day and same process of knocking outside for 10 minutes before she finally came to the door for her to tell me she still hasn’t done them. At this point I asked for my pants back and she was reluctant to give them back until I mentioned getting the police involved."
