"It's clean, it's got a decent selection for the size of the store, but I had some major issues with the pharmacy. First the drive-up wasn't working, and there was no sign or anything telling me this. Then there was a wait for my prescription... no big deal, came back when they said. Still not ready. Well I finally got it, but this was my first time going through HyVee for a prescription (at least in awhile), and it turns out (I found out later) that it was not run through my insurance, and they didn't ask me about insurance when I checked out. So now I'm trying to deal with reimbursement through my insurance... yikes! If you need to swing in for a gallon of milk or some wine, yes, I recommend this store. If you need pharmacy services, not so much!"
"Most of the staff there are nice, but some of the pharmacy staff are absolutely the worst and and are unnecessarily nasty to you when you request medication. It’s a convenient location to me, but I’ve been increasingly worried of the level of anger/frustration I feel with the level of angst this staff feels towards patients. Please don’t take it out on us, please address the docs."
