"The name of the store says it all. For a store to suplly products at this price, there is definitely some tight budget. I wouldn’t expect super clean restrooms, super neat service and all. Good one for budget shopping, especially for decorating items and some household items."
"I just left your store that is located at the sycamore mall. I did not catch my cashiers name but it was a soft spoken polite gentleman. There was a pile up at the register because someone wanted balloons. He paged for back up. After the 4th time paging for help and him being noticeably overwhelmed. A cashier named Brittany came up. Before we saw her we heard her yelling about being paged too much and then demanded to know what my cashier needed. He was at a loss for words probably something he can't control. and told him in a nasty tone when he wanted to speak again he could tell her what was wrong. She did open another register but had no kindness for any customers and acted like the customers were inconveniences. I know it's hard to find employees these days but with employees like that you will lose customers. I wish I had caught my cashier name. He is always polite when I end up in his line."
"I went to the Dollar Tree off Highway 6 in the Sycamore Mall and my experience was wonderful. I had trouble finding a couple of things and the staff was eager to help point me in the right direction and show me where the items that I were looking for. They're quick at the register even though there was a long line they were able to get everybody through in a timely manner and the store was very clean. I will definitely revisit this location again."
"I love Dollar Tree. As a Nanny and a Grandma I can find so many things to entertain the little ones. Also I am always surprised by some the items to eat. The company needs to consider raising wages. They're begging for employees."
