"If you can do zero stars then I would. For 12 years I have gone in here and shopped on occasion, to be dismissed at every turn for no apparent reason. Guess I got 'sized up' when I walked in the door. The men in this store have courtesy and respect issues. There are so many small business stores closing, why would you want to be rude and dismissive to people who want to spend money? Today the male was rude and dismissive yet again. No good things to say here. I am confident you can find better items elsewhere and even online if need be. Oh and the comment that "we have been here for 108 years" - wow that is your reply. Move up in the world and go elsewhere."
"I called for alterations on a suit and was interrupted multiple times throughout the call trying to discuss what needed to be done and the timing of the finished product. I will not be taking my business here as I was disappointed in the treatment I received over the phone. I could not even get words in to ask about how long the tailoring process would take before being rudely interrupted. I understand people's busy schedules, but being unable to have this conversation with a potential customer is unacceptable."
