"At least the last poster got their order. Been a month and no coat. Nor can I seem to get a response via email and well of course the phone number is bad!!!!! Don't do it!!! Seems like a rip off. But IF I DO ever get the coat I will update this review.... to be fair...."
"Horrible experience for a first time buyer I made sure I read the refund policy that stated that I could receive a full refund after returning the item and it is not damaged. I called the store once I receivedy jacket which was listed as a shirling coat. It came in as a light weight coat not made for the winter. And ran very small for a women XL. Size chart was not noted coat would run small. I contacted the company and stated I would like a refund and was I would not receive a full refund which was not what the website stated. After I stated that the misorder was no fault of mines the person hung up and no one has responded since. So now I'm out of 200 dollars plus tax and a winter coat. Please beware before ordering a coat from this company."
