"No proration. Stored here for over 18 months and received three price increases. Pricing started at $184 and raised to $238. If you move out on the 6th thank you for that 200 extra bucks you paid. 2 stars as it was nice and clean and had good access and was convenient when we needed it. Shame on you for price gouging as you do and not prorating move-out!"

They even transferred me to the Waukee location when I suggested it would be closer. Unit was clean, location was very secure. I had NO issues with water, mice, etc. Excellent Customer Service! Would highly recommend."
