"Would give Zero stars if possible. Called twice to speak directly with staff to order pizza at this location - half one ingredient and other half different ingredient. I was told to call direct to staff previously by another location after my pizza was wrong and that the new ordering system doesnt get special orders correct. Brianna answered Twice when the system connected to staff. She very rudely interrupted me both times saying that their phones dont work and to order online and then hung up on me. I will never spend another dime at Caseys. What happened to personal service ??? Caseys has lost Touch and Business by replacing human beings with automation."
"I've lived near, and frequented, this Casey's for 23 years. Previously I could call and order pizza and all was well. For the last several years, they haven't answered the phone. I'd like to try the new thin crust but it's just no longer possible. I guess when you live in the 4th fastest growing county in the USA it's to be expected but you'd think all the Casey's locations combined could absorb it. Not the case unfortunately. It seems you need standalone pizza stores in this market that can focus on that entirely. I'm sure the old model still works in small towns but not in Waukee. We've given up on getting a Casey's pizza."
"This Caseys stands out above all the rest! This manager knows how to hire talent. Consistently, whenever I stop in, the employees are super friendly, professional, attentive. I can't think of a single time I've visited when they haven't gone above and beyond to make my day. They all deserve raises because they treat the customers right! I want to go out of my way just to go to THAT Casey's! Great job y'all.... 10 outta 10!!!"
"I had 10 pepperonis total on my large pizza. They also did not cut the pizza well. I also ordered a BBQ brisket pizza and there was no ranch drizzle. The cheese was also not all the way melted. Order pizza from a different caseys"
"Will never come to this store again. I order breakfast pizza said they didn't have no order. Really. Girl with colorful hair needs to be fired all that cursing she was doing. Manager just worse rude. This was 12/2/22 at 9:15 am. Pick up at 9:30 am. Also it was a black boy playing around really. I will let my family friends and colleagues know not to go to any Casey's."
