"We had 8 people order Which Which for lunch. Everyone's sandwich was poorly wrapped and having the contents falling out in the bag it came in. No one who ordered sides, didn't get them. One person ordered the French dip sandwich and didn't get their au jus. One person was the lucky winner of having the paper that usually separates the cheese included with their sandwich."

"I’m serious when I say this was the most bizarre awful visit. Went in 645 on a Sunday. No one in there. No one addresses me, two girls just standing in the back talking. Order the sub. Take it all the way home and notice I’m missing bacon, tomato, hot peppers, spicy mayo, and red onions. So basically all my toppings. So I get in my car and drive back. Both girls still just standing there in the back until they notice me. I tell them I’m missing all the stuff and they say “yeah we don’t have a lot of that on hand right now”. Wait… I’m standing there while you’re making my sandwich and you don’t TELL the customer you’re out of everything. They knew and sent the sandwich out the door. They couldn’t issue a refund or even make the sandwich correct. So I have to drive all the way home again. I’ll be waiting for a call from Lacey the manager and I’m guessing she won’t get the message so I’ll be on the hunt tracking her down. Mind boggling experience that I’ll tell everyone about! Down right terrible service."

"Awful experience! Just skip this placeI Stopped by on a quick 30 minute break from work, my order took longer than 30 minutes to make. I ordered at the drive thru kiosk, the attendant took 10 minutes to notice there was even an order. There was only one patron inside, as I had to pull up to make sure they were open after waiting at the window so long. Then it took an additional 30 minutes to make two bowls. The attendants did not know how to work the credit card machine, thankfully after waiting for 40 minutes I had cash. When my order finally arrived there were no napkins or silverware in the bag. When I asked for these items I was informed they do not have any. I told her I wasn’t sure how I was supposed to eat the bowl without silverware. The attendant just shrugged and said “I can’t find them.” As if I weren’t late enough getting back to work I then had to then make a second stop at the gas station for silverware and napkins. When I did get to finally try the food it was horrible. The attendant put so much salt on the bowl I couldn’t even eat it. Worst ever! Go somewhere else!"

"Horrible food. Dirty restaurant. No ice. Sandwiches missing vegetables. Only ones there between 11:30-noon. Would not recommend. Wife ordered bacon egg and cheese wrap. No egg present, milky runny substance spread over chopped bacon. Kids sandwich was 90% bread. Did not look very good. Cooked steak sandwich was hardly warm. Lettuce and tomatoes looked terrible. Few options on this side of town. Very worth the drive to go anywhere else."

"Absolutely terrible and has no taste because of the bread. It is definitely NOT bread but more of a bread product. It has no color and it literally white all the way through without any outer crust. They don’t put mayo on the bread as both side are dry and I ordered extra mayo. There was extra mayo on the meat but the bread needed something because it was awful and dry. I honestly don’t think that it is actually bread and because the crust was the SAME color as the center, I don’t think it came out of an oven. I’ve never had a sub with no crust. It suck the moisture out of your mouth and falls apart super easily. I will never go back. Not sure how it’s in business. Plus, I hate ordering by touchscreen only. Nothing like eating a sub with both hands after you touch the same screen in the same areas as everyone else. That alone will keep me from coming back. I would watch people eat, then reorder and never wash their hands. Been inside for 30 minutes eating and never seen the screen wiped clean. Totally gross!"
