"Markie just helped us in the drive thru and she was incredible. Smiled, knew our order, was the most professional fast food employee we’ve ever seen. Even my kids noticed there was something different about her and said ‘wow.’"
"Got told our order was $11 and pulled up to the window and was told it was $16. When we questioned the young man at the drive up he was rude and adamant we were wrong. We wanted to ask for a receipt but they closed the window right away. We checked online, our order was $11. Thanks for taking my $5."
"I love this DQ. But tonight was awful. The worker yelled at me because “we’re closed read the sign” well the sign and google says you’re open for another hour. Then he proceeded to lock the window and doors so me nor the others in line could get our ice cream"

"This DQ drive-thru is very slow. Nearly every night there’s a line of cars wrapped around the building. And their exterior could use a bit of TLC. Missing signage, leaking water stains down the side of the building, cracked brick foundation, etc. You’d think with the tens of thousands they’re making every day, they could afford to beautify their premises and expand their drive-thru to decrease wait times…"
