"I usually go to hollister and only go there for their sales. I went in, bought 2 dresses and asked for a price match because you can price match online prices in store and they wouldn’t do it for me. Then when I had a discount promotion, the girl who was working gave me a stank attitude, like girl it literally doesn’t hurt to use the damn promo discount. She kept telling us it expired then when we showed her it wasn’t she proceeds to tell me it’s only online when it says IN STORE AND ONLINE. We left and I’m returning this shi."
"They always have good sales when we go in. And it's never usually busy. The staff are helpful and nice."
"The manager was only half dressed and walked around with a stinking attitude like she didn't belong there. And the workers were dressed in pj's and sweats. If I didn't like the attire I would rate this place a 0. There was one young lady Jiana I think was her name that had excellent Customer service and dressed like she had class. Time for a team meeting and put her as the lead and the half naked one cleaning up after the store closes. Noone needs to see or talk to her"
