I understand not wanting to stay late but not being allowed to make a quick purchase prior to actual close time isn't customer friendly, especially when we go out of the way to make it in time. Not coming here again."

"they have so bad sale associate . there was lady having green hair and wearing jeans . my son step on the table and I was trying to take a photo to him. I know It was wrong . she just saw us when she was so far from me . she instead to come and tell me politely she just yelled and and said he can't be on table . it is very unethical costumer service behavior . never go back to this store again and will tell my friend about this story ."

"The more I use H&M, the more I love the place and the services they have. They have better quality items in cheaper prices. November, 2018 was the first month I bought H&M products online and I loved it. Then I visited the store in January. It was so nice. They have pretty decent price for all the items. My special like is for sweaters. I can't get enough of sweaters from H&M. They have great deals in sale sections in the store all the time. I couldn't think of anytime I went to the store and didn't come buying something. Only thing that I find reserving is they don't give you hangers to take home."

"Cheryl helped check me out today. I let her know I was sorting through my clothes to make sure I wanted them all. As I went through them, I took them off the hanger, and it’s natural for me to fold them. Her tone was very passive aggressive and she said, “you don’t have to take them off the hanger or fold them. I’m just going to have to unfold them anyways. Do you not want this one?” I stopped and stood there staring at her, and finally after a long pause said, “I’m sorry, every ones process is different. This is my process. I’m sorry if it inconveniences you.” Cheryl not so convincingly replied, “I’m sorry if I made you feel that way. I didn’t mean it like that.” I stood there silent, speechless. Contemplating in my head whether or not to walk out and leave my items behind. I wanted to ask her if there was anyway to see if the shoes I purchased would be available at another store, in a smaller size. Because of her attitude, I decided not to. She then said, “See, I still have to unfold them.” If I was her manager, and I was standing there, as soon as the customer walked away I would coach her and tell her, “it’s not up to you to tell the customer they are inconveniencing you. Your job, what you get paid for is to serve the customer.” At the end of the transaction, Cheryl enveloped my 3 pants and one skirt together in a bundle and folded them together. This also seemed passive aggressive. I have never seen a single employee do that, in all 37 years of my life here on earth. I of course did not tell her how that would inconvenience me. But I am telling you, it did."
