"I drive by this place daily and decided to finally give it a try. So glad I did! The staff was very friendly and excited to meet my 40 lb dog. He is timid and they made sure to take their time with him. Grooming job was perfect! The shop is so elegant and gorgeous. The owner was very pleasant and I look forward to this being my new pet family!"

"I wasn't going to write a review .. but I would hate for this to happen to someone else's senior pup. Our girl is an almost 15 year old havanese. I have always prefaced her haircuts with the groomers there as "she's sassy, can't stand long and she's old" . They have taken their time in the past, given her shorter but appropriate haircuts and all is well. This last visit last week, the girl was told the same thing .... she asked if we wanted to do a comfort cut. I said yes and was told they'd keep her tail because it "looked good". She also told me our girl was a little matted on her paw. To which I was surprised because she has NEVER been matted in her almost 15 years . I didn't see the matting. We also said her face would be shorter ( not her whole body) because she has horrible eye boogies that we can't avoid , and I'm sure it was uncomfortable for her. I was texted approx and hour 1/2 later that she was done. I returned to a completely shaved down dog, who has NEVER had this happen before. I was in shock. I don't believe this is a whole establishment issue, rather an individual groomer issue . We had never had a problem before. I spoke with deb later in the morning and was given a refund for services. My dog hasn't stopped shaking since last Wednesday morning . Deb stated that the groomer told me she would use a 10 , to which I didn't even know that existed. And that she told me her belly was matted. Which it wasn't. EVEN if her belly was matted, there was no reason to shave her down to nothing over her entire body. "We LOVE Debs Diamond Pet Parlor. They do such an amazing job with our Goldendoodle. He always looks top notch after getting groomed and they treat him so well too. The groomer also cares about our pup and gives amazing tips and education on how to continue the grooming for home. The salon is also so adorable and well kept. Easy scheduling and easy booking/reminders too."
