"Our favorite truck stop is Loves, but today I have to say I'm very disappointed of Loves #411, Clive IA. This is NOT A TRUCK STOP. This is a TRUCK STORAGE LOT. Doing a 34, or just resetting the 10 hour clock, is understandable. So please change your information in your website, because you don't have 275 truck parking spaces available, you have a few spaces. Please Corporate office address those issues."
"Laundry machine is broken and shut down bathroom it out of toilet paper and Denny's closes at 8 pm it isn't even a 24 hour Denny's at least close at 11 pm or 12 pm and then they open at 8pm not please with location and bathrooms are dirty"
"Great size truck parking area. The only issue I had was the parking lot full of local companies using it as a terminal. Nobody in the trucks but taking up valuable spaces. Even saw a person out taking inventory of there trucks. Wth. Hope loves is charging them rent."
"One of the smaller Love's I've been to, but still pretty nice. Clean restrooms, many fuel pumps, and good options for food. If you need to sit down and relax, they have Denny's next door."
"The employees were nice and helpful. If you have issues with climbing stairs I wouldn't recommend stopping here. You will have to climb stairs to get inside the building. The building needs updated badly. The showers have low water pressure and the water is warm at best. They do have descent laundry facilities and a small TV room."
