Valvoline Instant Oil Change

"The staff here, all on the younger end, went above and beyond to fix another location's super-duper screw up. They even got a manager from a location on Grand to help. This other location had messed up to the degree that extra parts had to be purchased and picked up from a dealership. It took some extra time, but their attention to detail and willingness to listen to the customer saved me literally thousands of dollars. So, thanks and it was really cool to see people newer to the workforce do their due diligence and take ownership. Will come back to this location only, oh yeah and at Grand because of that manager."

"I came in this afternoon to get my oil level looked at due to getting an engine oil low notification with no need for an oil change due to my current mileage. The gentleman that took care of me was so kind. He stated the last time I came in the tech didn’t tighten my filter all the way and it was an issue that was caused by them. I appreciated the honestly and really appreciated that they gave me an oil change for free and double checked everything was good. I’ve never had a negative experience at this business and for them to own up to a mistake and fix it immediately shows these employees are great! I wish I could remember the technicians name. Thank you!"

"My mother Took her 2018 car in to have an oil change and employees seemed very nice. Left about 15 miles down the road and blew a rod through her motor. When she called to let them know what had happened they tried to deny that there was any wrongdoing on their part. She had called back multiple times with no answer. When she had called private name private number, she got an answer right away by the store manager, whose name is Ethan. When she asked him as to why he was not answering the phone. He told her that he was busy. She had called multiple times with her number, not blocked and receive no answer. Called multiple times private name, private number and her call was answered. Was told to call the customer service line and customer service told me they would return her call within 24 hours. After waiting over 48 hours she never received a call back. So then she called again to be told they are not reliable they will not fix her car. We are on now on day four and her car is not going to be fixed by Valvoline. My mother will not stop until her car is fixed. She will be seeking an attorney. She asked multiple times for the area managers phone number and gets told that they cannot give her the managers phone number. She asked multiple times for corporate offices, phone number, and she got told they cannot give her the corporate offices, phone number , be careful do not do service with Valvoline. Very unprofessional and they do not back their work. She has never had a problem with her vehicle. She always had oil changes on her vehicle and now she has a car that she actually paid off that day went and got the oil changed after she paid the car off and now her car is no longer any good due to her engine blown due to Valvoline‘s poor service. Be careful do not use Valvoline."

"Absolutely loved my experience at Vavoline this morning on October 3rd! The team on deck at 9:30am was super friendly and inviting. They got my tires rotated and oil changed in no time, working like a well-oiled machine—pun intended! What really stood out to me was how accommodating they were of my two pups. We were all allowed to hang out in the lobby, and one of the workers even stopped by to say hi to them. If my dogs could give a "paws-up," they totally would! 5 stars all the way, and I'll definitely be back. Keep up the great work, Vavoline team!"
