"Had them for 10 years, they were great until this year they had a change in management and policy. They doubled everyone's premium assuming the dentist started doing surgical procedures. The took two unauthorized charges from my bank, doubled my quarterly payments, when I contacted them questioning the charges, they stated they sent a renewal in the mail and email which I never received. And they did not refund me the difference even after I informed them that I have not changed the way I practice and still not doing surgeries or implants. They did not even try to work with me being their customer for over 10 years."
