"I really would like to write a better review. However, I feel this has to be written. I have some advice for management and staff at Natural Grocers. My advice is: When your employees see a customer in the store, not only welcome and smile at your customer, but also add the following Q. Can I offer assistance or help you find something? I applaud that everyone was working, stocking, talking amongst eachother, and smiling. Not once did anyone ask "How can I help you or can I help you find something, or even say a word to me." I almost walked out the door and went to another store that I knew would offer a smile and also ask.. "Are you finding what you need or how can I help you?" I still purchased and spent more than I wanted to. Next time I shop here, my hope is that this will happen. I would have spent more and probably found what I needed. I had a recipe and I had walked back and forth many times passing the same employees, over and over again. Yes, I probably could have asked but I had already made my mind up that I was going to see if someone would...... An hour or more may have passed and the only person who asked, was the person checking me out. I'd like to give a better review next time. Customer service is so important."
