"Cara and her team of therapists are incredibly professional, supportive, and truly invested in your care. Anytime someone asks me for a mental health therapy referral, Cara and the Healing Rock Counseling team are the first team I refer to."

"The counselor Brianne Dunkelberger fired my daughter after 1 missed telehealth appointment. She didn’t even attempt to call about the appointment or provide a warning. She then provided us a generic googled list of therapy offices- including a “referral” to Psychology Today. She didn’t even provide specific recommendations of therapists. I find this astoundingly unprofessional, lazy, and careless. But she did close her email with “kindly”. Such a display of kindness! It takes a lot of time to find a therapist, navigate the paperwork, travel to see them. It’s not easy and people don’t generally start therapy because things are going great. Boundaries are important in every setting, but this is not an established policy. I would not expect to be treated with understanding, patience, or respect by this therapist. Kindly, Maridith."
