"Showed up for my appointment after being rescheduled because of the doctor being out and when I arrived they told me I would need to pay for the exam out of pocket because "the doctor has been locked out by Avesis"(insurance provider). Probably would have been a good idea to share that information before the appointment. Additionally, the male who assisted me was rude and started raising his voice after I asked questions. Needlessto say, I would recommend a different vision center."
