"This dentist office has the worst staff. I seriously do not think I can ever recall ever being treated so poorly. I had to make an emergency reschedule for my daughters dentist appointment. The office manager Shirley stated that I would be charged 50.00 to reschedule the appointment. I obviously has serious concerns over this and couldn’t get a straight answer because Shirley the office manager continued to hang up on me. When I finally called back and the receptionist answered she told me that there wasn’t even a doctor there so I couldn’t speak to a doctor. I have serious concerns about what kind of outfit this place is. I guess customer service means nothing now a days. If u are looking for a family friendly dentist this is not the place h want to take your children"
