"This place is swamped so be prepared to sit and wait. The ladies that run this front desk are pleasant and respectful, you should be too. They work under extreme high pressure conditions while remaining calm and collected. There were numerous occasions while I was there, for my two hours, where patients were angry. The ladies need a pay raise for sure! Once it was my appointment, I felt 100% of the attention and time was focused on me, my care and needs even though I could see how busy the office was. You have to check in electronically so be prepared with a fully charged device. They do have devices to borrow, but it didn’t seem like there was more than two so only two people at a time could check in… another bottle neck for process efficiency."

"Considering the reason for my visit, the staff of women were amazing! Each and every one was helpful, attentive, knowledgeable, engaging, and made me feel like I was with friends. We joked and laughed making the odd situation, tolerable. I, of course, forgot the paperwork needed and the ladies went above and beyond to help and accommodate my nerves. I was greeted with a smile and a "How can we help you?" It's that genuine tone that made me immediately comfortable and know there was nothing to worry about. I can't say enough great things about the crew of ladies and how great they were at their jobs; they were inviting, calm, patient, and most of all understanding! Thank you, ladies! "Everyone was friendly! I had an appointment for 8:30am. I arrived early and sat in the waiting room for a little over an hour. Had some blood drawn and then was moved to an exam room where I waited for an additional hour and 15 minutes. I did not get done until 11:05am. The blood work and physical exam only took about 15 minutes combined. I am frustrated that even with an appointment I waited and waited and waited. Everyone there was friendly, but what is the point of making an appointment when clearly it makes no difference. I was late getting to work because of this."
