"The VA of Iowa in des Moines is inadequate for at home care for Veterans. I have been taking care of a veteran for 4 years and now they are not going to pay for services rendered. Never received any compensation for any services provided."

"Went to VA emergency today for my brother who had collapsed at home come to find out he had Covid and a few other things going on so weak he can’t even sit up on his own. He’s been in the ER for seven hours. Doctors and nurses not even coming in keeping the family updated. Just sad that more care isn’t taken. Nurses and doctors just sitting around looking like not. They’re not doing much. When you have a full ER, you should all be moving."
