"I took my dog in for a bath and paid double to add on a nail grind. When I picked my dog up her nails had very clearly been clipped but not ground, and she kept shaking her head and scratching at her ear. The shaking and scratching evolved into an ear infection, which PetSmart refused to help me take care of, instead trying to shift blame to anyone but them. Do not bring your pets here if you care about them."
