"I have had a swimming pool since the early 90s. I have used several pool companies over the years. The Blue Lagoon focuses on customer service, and customer satisfaction. They step up at the table every time you need them. They are very friendly, outgoing, and I will never switch pool companies ever. That treat customers like family! I realize that a lot of pool companies have a bad reputation for customer neglect. Not this one!"

Communication after the sale has been excellent. There was even an issue with one of my payments that was completely my fault and they were patient and understanding throughout that process. "I have owned a pool for over 5 years and shopped at all of the pool supply stores in Iowa City and Cedar Rapids. Blue Lagoon is the best place in the area by far when you need to purchase a pool and pool supplies. Best staff and help around! It is 5 years later so now I have had a pool for over 10 years and I still recommend Blue Lagoon for all your pool needs. Best staff in the area. Jeff and his crew are the best!"
