"The store manager Doug is beyond disrespectful. I witnessed him yell, not scream, yell very aggressively at a customer who was patiently waiting in line. He is absolutely the rudest person I have ever met. I loved shopping at the Iowa Book before it became owned by Barnes and Noble College. Doug, however, made everyone want the original Iowa Book back. I was a frequent shopper at this establishment. Now I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere, and encouraging others to do the same."
"Overall great selection of University of Iowa merchandise. Prices are very high however and many of the apparel options don't have sizes past XL. Employees were nice but were on their phones the whole time we were in the store."
"My wife's an alumnus of the U of I, so she really had to go back there to empty out their racks of t-shirts, jackets, trinkets, and other things. I think we must have left behind at least $250! Then she went across the street and had her picture taken next to Herky."
