"Unable to provide OTD price without personal information. Very unfortunate they can't be transparent with their pricing. Comes off very shady. This kind of builds off prior reviews. Sales department needs an overhaul and change in marketing strategies. Failure to provide additional fees. Watch numbers closely with these guys. UPDATE After this review they updated with transparent pricing. That alone admits guilt, watch the fees with these guys!!! One should not have to get spam to receive a OTD price. Horrible business model"

"Took the 2023 BMW R1250RT in for its first oil change. The tech did not rush and took his time to make sure everything was in top condition. I'm very happy with the service. Bought oil, filter, and BMW ball cap. I'll change the oil before winter sets in. You get what you pay for, and I don't mind spending the money for his expertise."

"No longer could get the part I ordered. Instead of just refunding me automatically. I had to call after I hadn’t received my part on the date that the receipt said I would. When I called I asked if they are just waiting for people to call before they refund them and they said yes. That seems very wrong to me. They knew that they can’t get parts but you can still order them online and then to wait until I call two weeks after it was supposed to be delivered to get a refund is B.S."

"I do not take giving a poor review lightly. I took a BMW to get a yearly service in over the summer. While waiting for the bike to be serviced I stumbled upon a used bike that I wanted to buy that day. It was a very specific bike I had been looking for over the last few years. I was told it was waiting for a new fuel tank and that it couldn't be sold until the tank comes it. I was reassured that I would be called as soon as it came it. I then called every few weeks to touch base to see if the tank had come in but was told they have no idea when it would come it. I let it go for a few months trusting that I would be given a call. Unfortunately, I found out the bike had been sold months ago after discovering it on facebook marketplace and calling in to confirm. This is exceptionally disappointing and the ball was absolutely dropped. Sun & Fun Motorsports has lost any future business from me."
