"Went on Tuesday at 11:30am. The store hours said it should be open and I saw 2 people inside the store at the register but the doors were locked and they just looked at us. Very disappointing."
"Needed to exchange a pair of shoes and online it said they were open until 9 pm. When I got there at 6:55, the lights were off and the lady refused to let us in. A sign was posted saying they close at 7. It wouldn’t have taken 5 minutes to swap out the shoes. If you close at 7, then don’t turn people away before then."
"Called about a specific brand & model of shoe size 12.5. She answered all my questions & got another clerk to go back & forth grabbing different shoes. Very impressed."
"Usually this is a great place for finding shoes for my son. At this visit on 3/23/22, shelves were very low on larger men sizes plus hardly any wide shoes. I am sure it's from the lack of getting product to the store. He even looked online. At many different stores and still couldn't find his size. He will keep looking."
"This is one of the last places around that sell shoes as their main product. I mean really what shoe store doesn't offer socks laces and shoe sole inserts. The staff has always been super helpful and friendly any time I have been in there they are always so helpful but tend to stay away. They will let you look at their products but be only an isle or two away if there is a question about anything that can't be found. The store is always clean and tidy. There have never really been a super busy period when I've been in and it's been random from morning to night. They have some membership program that has given me a discount every time I have been there. If I would be sad to see one store go this would definitely be on that list."
