"I like the place. Found a lot of good things. Only complaint is not enough carts."

"I usually find some interesting finds here. Thefts are rampant here. Guard your purse and your cart. I have often seen customers go into bathrooms, change clothes, layer them on, and walk out of the store."

"Dont let your cart out of sight for a single second, because some dirtbag will not hesitate to dump out your stuff and steal the cart. I usually never leave my cart, but thought I could be comfortable enough for once! Nope! Also the staff won’t do much. Not only that, I left my cart back because I’ve been told by staff “don’t bring my cart with me while at the new bins”. So when one staff member tells you to put your cart to the side, DONT, and when you tell the manager that someone stole your cart, they’ll say “it happens”, so don’t put your cart off to the side like they’ll try to tell you! They passively pick and choose and give you mixed messages! Conditions were better under Covid in 2020! And staff constantly have to speak over intercom what the rules are in the bins. The problem is half the people shopping at this outlet seem to only be fluent in another language (Spanish), so instead of yelling in English only, possibly have a second language announcement just like an airport? Otherwise rules aren’t being applied the same if half the people don’t know what is being announced! You’re wasting your breath and frustration! I constantly am getting reached over when I picked the spot I wanted to be at. I pick a lane while I’m being reached over! They want you to listen but a double standard for others! Then they say “You know the rules.” People don’t seem to follow them! I’ve been coming here for years and they never recite rules in other languages, so you get clueless customers standing in the way that make it difficult for employees to bring in and out the bins, because they don’t know or care what you’re saying! Welcome to 2024!!! Be vigilant of yourself and cart, and work smarter not harder!"

"Man I love coming here. It's not like other thrift stores and it's a madhouse and that's what makes it great. I always find fun things here and you just can't beat the price with a stick"

"I like this store, as other reviews have mentioned, it is chaotic and not like the Goodwill retail locations. Employees and other customers can be rude/aggressive but it’s part of the experience and I’ve never had any major problems. My two star review is based on my most recent visit. My items weighed 3lbs, I was planning on paying around $10. The cashier informed me that because my cart had a red bar, 6lbs would be added. I was aware that different carts had different weight added but never had such a noticeable difference. I purchased a few kids clothing items & children’s books and feel for the price, I could have easily gone to a regular Goodwill or garage sale/consignment store."
