"I really like the variety and name brand clothing selection in the children and youth department. Great value on cute outfits and accessories. The adult clothing selection is geared more for the younger generation. It does have some fun attention-grabbing ideas. The cashier was quiet, didn't smile or brighten our day, which is what I prefer when checking out. Overall, my sister, niece, and I had a fun experience. It was their first time visiting Citi Trends, and it was a new experience from both of them."

"I literally HATEEEE this store ! I prefer the store located on Euclid ! This store NEVER wants to do their job when it comes to assisting customers especially the store manager which such a shame because if the store manager is horrible the whole store is horrible ! Citi trends in general is just nottt worth it go to Marshalls it’s next door !"
