In addition to our in-store offerings, we also provide local delivery within a 50-mile radius of our location, as well as the option for drop shipments. Our convenient Summer Hours, from March 10th to November 2nd, allow you to shop with us Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm, Saturday from 10am to 4pm, and Sunday from 12pm to 4pm.

"Purchase and delivery experience was great. Service is another story. Had an issue with an LED light not working on one of the burner knobs the first time I turned them on at night. Called and talked to someone in their parts area that asked me to take a picture of the serial/model number on the back and they would get the part ordered for me but that it would take about a month. Waited 2 months (all things COVID) before calling back and inquiring about the part. Was told it wasn't something they would have ordered for me and they have no record of it. When I explained that I have the text and number of the person I sent the serial number to, I was then told I was misinformed and need to contact broil king's warranty area directly as again it isn't a part they would typically send a service person out for anyways. Just a sample of 1 and maybe I hit them on a off day but my only service experience thus far and not interested in having another one should something else not work on this grill. Mistakes happen, I get it but an organizations response to those is what earns my business and any 5 star rating I would be willing to give."
