"We ordered take out when the store first opened and this place changed my mind about Chipotle. (I'd never liked it before.) And then suddenly the last three times have been back to the usual Chipotle experience. The food tastes good but you pay over $16 for a bowl that's filled less than halfway. I'm not even done writing this review, and the rest of my family is done eating and are now looking for more food in the pantry."
"I ate here early on when it first opened and had an amazing experience; especially using the drive through. My husband and I have came here three more times since and it has been horrendous. The last two times we left without food because they either didn’t have ingredients or because the ingredients they did have looked like they had been sitting there for longer than it should be. I wouldn’t bother coming here unless something changes with staffing, management, and/or food quality/quantity. Even ordering ahead will leave you for no food and additional time set aside to call customer service for a refund."
"First time at this location and am impressed! Ordered online, food was ready on time. The veggies were crisp and fresh, the steak was very tender and flavorful. I can't wait to go back again soon and dine in as well!"
"Big fan of chipotle so we decided to try the drive through, pick up time was at 7pm and had to wait 45 minutes in line when there was only a hand full of cars in line and only 5 people inside. Finally got the food and to our surprise every topping was wrong on both of the bowls we ordered. I mean it was completely wrong not just one or two things. One bowl had no toppings at all and the other bowl had all the toppings that were not selected. No guac either which is extra."
"They’ve been open for 8hrs(total), so any reviews in the next couple of weeks should be taken with a grain of salt. Tonight we gave them a shot and service was slow, but food was pretty good. Everyone there is learning and a bit overwhelmed it seemed. I’m looking forward to revisiting a review for this new gem of a restaurant in a few weeks and wouldn’t be surprised if most of the kinks have been resolved. Pack patience for these kids if you stop in over the next few weeks and maybe be extra-kind as they establish the routine."
