"They never get orders correct. I have a severe dairy allergy, ordered a JR HAMBURGER, bit into it and was exposed to cheese AGAIN man :( this is getting horrible and they never listen no matter how polite you are, I have finally given up trying to give them a chance and I’m going to go directly to corporate because the lack of care for allergies is not only legally horrible for the company but can literally cause somebody’s death."

"The drive thru workers wouldn't refund my order after I asked the people at the drive thru to remake our order fresh. They didn't refund us our money back either. The two workers both said no to both requests. Correct me if I am wrong, but isn't a business supposed to refund their customer's money back if they were unsatisfied with their order, may I add before the order was eaten? We ordered two sandwiches, we didn't like the way they were made, and before we took a bite of either of them, we returned to the window and were refused to have our sandwiches made fresh. When they refused to make our meal fresh I then requested a refund and handed the food back to them. They refused."

"Worst Wendy's ever. Somehow their systems are always down. I have been told that they are closing up to an hour early. And this most recent order was made extremely sloppy. My burger is completely drenched in ketchup and mustard."

"This is a nice, out of the way Wendy's. I do wish they would remodel and bring the soda machine out to the floor. The seats and tables were clean and the staff was polite. Wendy's could really use some good spicy sauce. The area can be questionable after dark. More lighting would really improve the restaurant. Update: Really disappointed with the new JR Meal. Definatly not worth $5"
