"Junge North Liberty you destroyed my three year old BMW and now won’t fix it. Wow. Routine oil change and the car blows up less than three miles, but not their fault. Horrible service. Took 7 weeks to tell me not their fault. Car was fine before I took it in!!!"

"They’re okay… Wouldn’t say it was the worst experience, but I was disappointed with the amount of effort it took to leave with a car the same day and some promises fell through after the car was bought. Would’ve been easier to buy through the Volvo website, and then I could’ve got the exact car and trim I wanted if I had gone the online route. Next time I will likely skip the dealership."
