"We scheduled an appointment to get a hitch put onto a car that we purchased at Dave Wright Subaru (we really like the sales department). When my husband went at his appointment time he was waiting in the waiting area (they told us when we scheduled that it should only take 90 minutes) and after 75 minutes they came out to ask him what he was doing. Turns out that the appointment time is only to drop off the car not for the service to be completed because walk in service takes priority. Three days later we are hoping to get our car back by the end of the day... will never come back if we can help it!"
