"They stole money from me! I ordered a few magazines, they never shipped nor was I provided a confirmation number or an order number. Scam company stay away from these frauds! Customer service will not respond to my calls or emails"

"Update well I got it back and gun still had same issues as before I sent it in for repair. I was informed to send it again for repair. Spent 80.00 in transfers fees to get a broken gun back. Company rep was rude when I asked why it was not fixed due to my them employing gunsmith to fix guns and come back broken. I asked for a new gun and they said it would be up to a gunsmith to determine if it was unfixable. But since they said they fixed it and it still having the same issues why would I throw another 80.00 away for it not to be fixed. Don’t waste you money or time with rock island products"

"I contacted customer service for a issue with a new 1911 firearm. The firearm had a defect , a sharp metal protrusion where the magazine is installed. Lea in customer service was quick to respond to this issue and all the other emails that I sent. Received the info I needed and sent it in for warranty work. The the gunsmith Brent upon inspection decided to replace it and contacted me to approve of a replacement. Great customer service."

"Outdoor Limited sold me 500 rounds of Armscor US .38 special ammo. When I tried them at the range, 12 of the first 50 rounds did not fire. Obviously defective ammo is dangerous: if it goes off in the cylinder after it has rotated away from the forcing cone, it could damage the weapon and injure the shooter. In a self-defense situation unreliable ammo could have deadly consequences. Rather than making it right, Outdoor Limited had me deal with the manufacturer Armscor directly. And those guys gave me the runaround. They will not refund me, and weeks later I have still not received a store credit. My advice: don't buy Armscor ammo, and if you have alternatives to Outdoor Limited, then avoid them, too."

"I spent 700.00 on a VR80 and it was boxed, assembled, without the o-ring in the gas chamber. This is not only irresponsible on the manufacturing side but also dangerous to have Rock Islands name on the sale. When I wrote to Armscor Precision Inc I got no response. When I called their customer service I got a wait 3 days for their parts dept to contact me. This is lousy customer service and I will never purchase from this company again. I cannot believe their response, no apologies, no urgency, they just act as though they do not care. Shame on them!"
