"Stopped on way home to Vegas after visiting Death Valley. Typical McDonald’s restaurant and menu, which the food was as we expected, but what made this visit stand out was one employee named Plankton. When we arrived, I had a little trouble at first with the order station. Within mere seconds, Plankton arrived with a smile and quickly took care of the situation and helped us complete our order. This young gentleman was a true professional and so full of life that we just had to let his manager know how lucky she was to have such a fine employee. So, McDonald’s, we just want to thank you for hiring Plankton and hopefully who might help him to further his career – true pleasure meeting him."

"Christine is not nice. She refused to make us a hot fudge sundae because she didn't want to walk in the back after she ignored us standing at the counter. One morning when she worked mornings she was calling people dumb because they didn't use the self service machine. We stopped going there. We decided to go back, and there she is working evenings. She is the same rude emoloyee. We changed to burger King."

"Rude & Profiling. We were using the kiosk to order and an employee asked if we speak English. It was unnecessary just to tell us they have no soda. We're from out of town - will never come back and definitely not recommend."

"This is the dirtiest mc Donald's that I have been to there is a lady named Christine that should not work there at all she screams at the at all the people in the placed plus all the customer that come in she should be fired from her job I will drive to Vegas to the mc Donald's there never will I go to the one in pahrump never so went back to this placed last night to get hot fudge sundae and the manager Christine said they were out. Of hot fudge she said she did not want to go get new one so we can have a sundae this lady needs to be fired I don't know why they keep her she is so bad for customers that's why leave all the time get rid of her the photo is of her"

"Ok first the props, this McDonald's has the absolutely best prepared food of any McDonald's I have ever eaten in. Now the problem I have is more a service issue. As I entered the building I went immediately to the restroom and as I was washing my hands a man came out of the stall passing by me at the sink without washing hands and I proceeded out behind him. He went directly to the order kiosk and preceded to wipe his hands all over the screen, so I decided to join a elderly lady in line at the counter. We stood at the counter for over 7 minutes before we were approached by someone to ask if we needed help, I started we need to order still and we were then told that we had to order from the kiosk and no one could take our order. So, I pleaded my case about the fecal matter on the screen and they did agree to take our order for us. Now if they are switching to only kiosk orders inside then they need to brace for all the bacterial meningitis cases caused by all the fecal matter on the screens. As I was at the location for over 40 minutes and not once were the screens wiped off. McDonald's you need to continue taking orders in person not on nasty kiosks."
