"When the French/Italian couple started this bakery, I thought they were so incredibly brave. I still marvel at what they achieved against all odds. Unfortunately COvID closures must have dealt a death blow dreams. I didn’t the bakery would make it under new ownership. I was wrong. It is as good as ever and probably better. The egg croissant is unequalled, the French onion soup is stupendous, and the bread is fresh and warm and real."

"Oh, this small-town bakery in Pahrump is an absolute must when in town. From the moment you enter you will be overwhelmed with the smell of fresh baked bread. We drove here this morning from Henderson just for the bread and pastries and oh did spend a lot. This small, quaint little bakery has so many tasty treats to pick from and the very friendly staff make you feel right at home. We have so much fun when we are here, even if the visit is not good for the waistline. Heck, you do need to enjoy life occasionally and this place does it for us. The best time to get there is early or soon after they open if you want to get the loaves of bread fresh out of the oven and still warm/hot. Stop by next time you are in Pahrump and add a little sweetness to your life."
"Great little breakfast stop when passing through. Ordered the Lorraine quiche, a coconut macaroon, and a hot latte. Everything tasted great and I got to enjoy the smell of all the fresh baked bread. The staff were nice and friendly while during my visit."
